Holistic Technical Business (HTB) is a firm of auditors, financial and business advisory consultants aimed at contributing to the well-being of businesses and public sector organisations for realisation of the strategic thrust, within the confines of the legislation and corporate governance principles.
Our primary purpose as an organization is to deliver exceptional quality auditing, financial and advisory services both in appearance and content. We will continue to be known as a firm where personal attention to our clients is at the center of our efforts to ensure that our clients feel our presence, leverage from our expertise and knowledge and are utmost comfortable that they are in safe hands with us. To this end we will continue to maintain a highly competent team of experts in the respective fields of our business, we will continue to endeavor on research for the latest developments in the profession globally in order to remain relevant and competitive in the dynamic and volatile world economy and political climate.
So much is happening in the business and public sector space including the shrinking global economy adversely affecting our country, and making it extremely difficult for government and private business to thrive. This challenge requires business and government to combine efforts to ensure that the economic wheel keeps spinning in order to tackle unemployment poverty and other social challenges affecting our society.
The environment within which we operate is also an increasingly significant factor for our future society and business. In this regard, we will comply with all applicable environmental laws by employing business methods that are environmentally friendly.
In this journey, we intend not to walk alone but partner with your business and your executives. We shall be ethical, professional, courteous, assertive, confidential and solution-driven in dealing with you on any matter entrusted to us by your business.
Corporate Team Building
Corporate team building is a process designed to develop effective teams and teamwork.
It goes without saying that employees are the most valuable asset to any business, and a functioning team of motivated employees can take overall productivity to greater heights.
As a firm that values its staff, we continuously develop our employees in various aspects of their professional lives and at interpersonal levels so as to improve productivity and cohesion in the organisation.
In terms of corporate development, team-building exercises are important not for the immediate experience of the activities performed by the team, but also for the group skills, communication and bonding that result.
Team-building programs provide realistic experiences that empower individuals to contribute to common goals.
The success of most organisations depends on the ability of individuals to build effective teams.
As part of our long-term strategy, we embarked on a team building exercise to achieve the said objectives.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Most corporations establish CSR programs to genuinely give back, and they use considerable resources to make a positive impact on the world.
This disingenuous form of “giving back” is known as greenwashing, and it's an example of bad corporate social responsibility.
Our commitment to communities and the environment has been key to our growth as a company.
That is why we developed a Social Responsibility Model, which encompasses the different areas where we focus our actions.

Keeping to our founding ethos of providing viable business solutions to our valuable clients, HTB Consulting partnered with Cheryl Carter & Associates, an accredited training provider, to host a training session on Project Management for the KZN Provincial Treasury.
The session was attended by senior management and staff from various clusters within the provincial treasury.
