HTB Consulting has established the following governance processes to ensure proper management of the firm.
CEO & Directors
Chief Executive Officer - Thembela Mzolo, MBA
Thembela Mzolo is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm's strategy.
Thembela holds a bachelor’s degree in Internal Auditing, Honors & Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He is a member of the IOD, IIA, ACFE and Ethics Institute of SA.
Chief Operations Officer - Hlonelwa Zantsi, PGDip Risk Management
Hlonelwa Zantsi is responsible for the overall management of business operations including financial management and reporting and also ensures that the firm complies with all applicable legislations and financial reporting standards.
Hlonelwa holds a bachelor’s degree in Internal Auditing, an Honors Degree in Risk Management from the University of South Africa and an Internationally recognised Certification in Business Continuity Management from Business Continuity Institute (BCI). She is a member of the IIA (SA), IRMSA, CBCI, ACFE, IOD and Ethics Institute of SA.
Senior Manager: Assurance & Risk Advisory
Responsible for providing internal audit as well as risk management consulting services in the public and private sectors in line with the IIA standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (SA) and Institute for Risk Management SA.
Senior Manager: Forensic Investigations
Responsible for rendering cutting edge forensic investigation and consulting services in the public and private sectors in line with the Association for Certified Forensic Examiners.
Senior Manager - Business Advisory
Provides a wide-range of value-adding business advisory services in the public and private sector.
